The performers list for Best Artist 2009 is out. From Johnnys we have TOKIO, V6, Arashi, NEWS, Kanjani8 & KAT-TUN. There will also be EXILE, GLAY, Ikimonogakari, Kobukuro, Porno Graffitti, ayaka, etc...
